AJ Global Travel & Logistics provides travel consultancy and documentation support, including document authentication, embassy legalization, appointment booking, verification, school applications, and travel consultation. We act as a facilitator and are not a government agency or embassy.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents. You are responsible for:
- The authenticity of all documents submitted to us.
- Meeting deadlines and responding to requests for information promptly.
- Any fees charged directly by ministries or embassies.
Processing times and outcomes
We provide realistic estimates but cannot guarantee processing times, as they depend on ministries, embassies, and third parties. Visa and application decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or authority; AJ Global cannot guarantee any approval.
Fees and payments
Service fees are agreed before work begins and are separate from official government or embassy charges. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable except where required by law.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AJ Global Travel & Logistics is not liable for delays, refusals, or losses caused by embassies, ministries, incomplete client documentation, or events beyond our reasonable control.
